The school does not unlock the next lesson because a phone clock says it is time. The office marks attendance, and the server opens each piece of the pack on a fixed delay.
After a present day
The next content day becomes active the morning after attendance is marked present. The PDF is the first item.
Then
The video opens exactly 60 minutes after the PDF timestamp, even if the learner refreshes early.
Then
The short reel opens 30 minutes after the video. An absent day does not create the next unlock.
Each lesson leg stores a start reading, an end reading, both photos, and the two ends of the route. Distance is the difference, and it is added to that learner’s running total.
Sharing a car does not merge the logs. Learner A’s route and Learner B’s route on the same vehicle are two records. A return trip is two records for the same learner, and both add up.
A missed reading from a past lesson can be entered only by a super admin, and that entry is marked as a manual override.
A learner can mark a date they cannot attend. It shows on the branch calendar in one colour and does not stop other learners from booking that day.
A school holiday is different. Only the super admin can post it, a reason is required, and every active learner at that branch is notified.
Full payment upfront is flagged and left out of instalment reminders. Part-payment follows the branch rule: first reminder on days 1–3, second reminder on days 15–17, and cancellation of open bookings after day 18 if the second instalment is still open.
Enrolled learners take the RTO mock test free. External candidates pay ₹50 and must book at least 1 day ahead.
On completion the school generates the certificate, stores a verification hash, and emails the PDF. The public check page compares the printed ID with that record.
